Scholarship

The Daybreak Rotary Foundation supports scholarships to local students for further education. The foundation is funded by:

1. Half of the $1 per person collected weekly at meetings for trivia
2. A donation (generally over $3000 per year) from the FantasyLand of Lights Community project
3. Sara McGee's office at McAnaw Realtors donating commissions from warranty sales, with matching donation by Sherry Cox of Musselman Abstract.

The committee reviews many applications from the local candidates, selects the recipients and monitors their progress through school.
